How long is the processing time?
As we are a ready-to-ship shop all listed items are already produced and will be shipped out within 1-3 working days. Please kindly note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Within Germany shipping takes 1 to 3 days.
International shipping takes between 1 to 4 weeks although they usually arrive within 10 to 14 days. Shipping can take longer when your order is held in customs. We are not responsible for any delays or fees that customs may claim.
Please note that shipping times can increase before and during holidays or national / worldwide sale events like Black Friday. Once your order is handed over to postal services it is out of our hands meaning we can't influence how long it takes.
As we are also still in a pandemic shipping times can be higher which I unfortunately have no influence on. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier and ask if there are delays to be expected if you are unsure.
I got a wrong item. / One item is missing. / I am not happy with my order.
First off, I am so sorry to hear that. I am creating and cutting my stickers with lots of love and passion but of course I am only human and I can make mistakes. Please send me a message including photos of the affected items so that I can see what went wrong and what I can improve for the future. Also please review our refund policy for more advice about how we handle this.
Do you combine orders?
Yes I do! Please contact me before you place your order and DON’T put it in the notes to seller.
Do you have an active coupon code?
I post about coupon codes or sale events on my Instagram and in my Facebook group so head over and join us. If you cannot find an active coupon code there the reason might be that we don’t always offer coupons and sales.
