All of my products are created with lots of love , passion and the anticipation to fulfil all your planning needs. If for any reason you don't love your order please contact me at email@example.com within 14 days after you received your order. Please make sure to include your order number in your email as well as photos of your items if you have a quality issue. If you fail to contact me within the 14 days timeframe I will not be able to accept your return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is returned to me and it is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts of the item are missing for reasons not due to my error I will not replace/refund it.
Please note that I will not accept any cancellations or refunds of order containing gift cards, discounted items or in general orders placed during a sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded. But please contact me if you have a problem with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. Please allow this to take some time as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
